Need help locating an order?

If you cannot find your tracking email or the carrier has not updated the shipment, email contact@himalayathangka.com with your order number and the email address used at checkout, or use our Contact & Commissions page.

International deliveries

Customs processing can create gaps between carrier scans. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and can be affected by customs, local holidays, weather, carrier conditions, and the destination country.

For security, this page does not expose order details through an anonymous order-number lookup.
