Returns & Refunds

Himālaya Thangka Atelier is operated by ChaliseyZ Central L.L.C. We want customers to have a clear process if an eligible artwork needs to be returned.

14-day return request period

For eligible, non-custom artwork, you may request a return within 14 calendar days after delivery. Contact us before sending anything back so we can provide return instructions and confirm the return destination.

Return condition

The artwork must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, without alteration, mounting, framing, staining, folding, tearing, or other damage caused after delivery. Include the certificate and any accompanying materials supplied with the work, and use protective packaging appropriate for the artwork.

Custom and commissioned work

Commissioned, personalized, made-to-order, or otherwise customized artwork is generally not eligible for change-of-mind returns unless we agree otherwise in writing or applicable law requires a remedy. The terms for a commission may also be stated separately before the work is accepted.

Return shipping

Unless the return is due to an error by us, a confirmed defect, or transit damage for which we instruct otherwise, the customer is responsible for safely returning the artwork and any return shipping cost. We recommend tracked and appropriately insured return shipping for valuable artwork.

Refunds

After an eligible return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible. Banks and payment providers may require additional time to post a completed refund.

Transit damage or incorrect item

If an artwork arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, preserve all packaging, take clear photographs, and contact us as soon as possible. We will review the circumstances and provide the appropriate next steps.

Non-returnable items and legal rights

Nothing in this policy limits statutory consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. Additional exclusions may apply where permitted by law and will be disclosed before purchase where relevant.
