These Terms of Service apply to purchases and use of the Himālaya Thangka Atelier storefront. Himālaya Thangka Atelier is operated by ChaliseyZ Central L.L.C., the merchant responsible for sales made through this store.

Store use

By using this store or placing an order, you agree to these terms and to the policies linked on the storefront. You must provide accurate information and use the site only for lawful purposes.

Artwork and availability

Many works offered through this store are individual, one-of-one paintings. Adding an item to a cart does not reserve it. An order is subject to successful payment, availability, and acceptance. If an item becomes unavailable after an order is submitted, we may cancel the affected item and issue the appropriate refund.

Descriptions and images

We aim to describe and photograph each artwork accurately. Because artwork is handmade and screens display colour differently, minor differences in colour, texture, brushwork, gold reflection, and visible handmade characteristics are not defects. Dimensions are approximate unless expressly stated otherwise.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed by the storefront or checkout. Taxes, duties, shipping charges, and other amounts, if applicable, will be shown or handled as described at checkout and in our shipping policy. Payment is processed through the payment methods made available by Shopify and our payment providers.

Shipping

Shipping destinations, services, rates, and estimated delivery times are governed by the information presented at checkout and our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.

Returns and refunds

Eligible returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy. Commissioned, personalized, or custom-made works may be subject to different terms disclosed before the commission is accepted.

Intellectual property

Store text, branding, photography, graphics, layout, and other site content may be protected by intellectual-property laws. Purchasing an original physical artwork does not automatically transfer copyright, reproduction rights, merchandising rights, or other intellectual-property rights unless expressly agreed in writing.

Third-party services

Parts of the store are provided by Shopify and other third-party services. Their own terms may apply to services they provide, including payment, shipping, account, or privacy functionality.

Disclaimer and limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the store and its content are provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated or required by law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on the store applies to future use and orders to the extent permitted by law.
